Lancashire HotPot / Pigeon & Black Pudding Salad
For anyone who hasn’t seen The Hairy Bikers on the telly, this is going to be a treat! I love these guys ~ they’re the best cooks on the box, and so full of life and fun that I challenge anyone to not like them.
This clip is one of their best ~ filmed in Bury Market, where they extol the virtues of black pudding. Watch out in about the 6th minute, for the description of lime & lemon marmalade ~ priceless!!
