  • March 4th, 2008 – Do you see what I see?

…. After speaking to Janet, and finishing my studies for the day, I had a bit of fun in Maniac World and looked at some of the visual illusion stuff they had up. Which leads me to the question… “do you see what I see?” Years ago I had a book of Magic Eye pictures, which I was facinated by. I guess I was only fascinated because I could actually see them! I found the following pictures off various sites and discovered that they work just as well on a computer monitor as they did from the book. Cool! The best way to get these to work, is to stick your face right up close to the screen, and sort of look through the image, like you’re trying to see what’s behind the screen on your desk. Let your eyes go out of focus, and after a few seconds the 3D image should pop up as if my magic. It’s so neat!! Then once your brain is used to seeing the 3D, you can slowly pull your head back and just sit gazing at it and grinning your face off! (Well, that’s what do, anyway!)
So, here are a few of the best I found. Go on, have a go! You know you want to!

Right! That’s your lot! Just look at the time, again!

Time to say g’nite babe (yep, we’re talking as I type), and g’nite to you guys! I’m off to bed ~ dentist early in the morning! (that’s what I’ll look like when he’s finished)

    Have fun, and play nice.
